ok i bought a 52" tv from gratten, put it on last night and it just keeps turning off. Now it says on my invoice they will replace or refund my money. I got it from there discount store but this still applies. Now i want another tv which is 52" which i know they dont have in thier discount store. I dont want a refund either. Now how am i best going about getting another tv that actually works without paying anymore?

if they don't have one then they don't have to exchange. they will just refund you.
