A few of you might know that ive recently got into DJing/Mixing

tonight i made a Drum n bass mix of Neyo Miss Independent,

its my 1st mix ive dared to post anywhere so please go gentle on me, im after some opinions really

i got it from rapidshare but you need another programme to unpack it and install it etc

Pretty cool mashup, although i think you could do it a little better if using a multitracker rather than a DJ program but cool eitherway

After seeing this so called " digital mixing " i'm going to give it a bash, whilst my 1210's are out of action. Thats actually very good mix/mash up mike. mike can you u2u me about pitch matching please?

Something like Sony Acid, has an inbuilt beat detector (is fairly accurate) or use something like cubase and try and time stretch the tracks (would require you to know the original BPMs of each track.....but it means you can polish the final mashup slightly better, like automate EQ'ing and Volume changes throughout the track, chop up each track and loop sections etc.

0yeah virtual dj has all of that mate, i just need to get used to chopping it up etc

Virtual DJ has a beat lock and beat match setting
