Are these headlights on the following link compatible to run a h.i.d kit legally as i'm not 100% sure?

No, you can't run them legally unless you have a light unit designed for them, with self levelling and washers.
Projector headlights for halogens do not focus the light the same way as projectors do for xenons anyway.

Yeeeaaaaaaaah they be reet.
Mine arent projectors, and dont have headlight washers, and havent had no police trouble etc

To be legal yes.
And before everybody comes in spouting that they know better, yes you probably will pass an mot with them in whatever headlights you have, they still aren't legal though.

Dont think mine are legal?? Not too fussed tbh, dont get no police attention etc, tbh, i hardly use the car anyway :S

Do a full conversion from the mk3, wings bonnet front panel and bumper, then buy genuine renault clio sport xenon headlights

It would look good but it would be pretty expensive if i couldnt get panels the same colour. chances are with paint i wouldnt anyway so would cost a fair amount of money. An idea though
