Well, this has now gone :

We needed a bigger car now as we are now a family, got a 5 month old daughter so had to get something large. We looked at various cars including a Mazda 5 Sport, but in the end we got a silly silly deal on the following :

07 plate Octavia vRS, leather, satnav, parking sensors. Tis awesome, 170BHP, 300lb/ft torque i think, it just pulls like a train So much more of a car the the fabia and its immaculate Opinions welcome, i am well happy with it tho.

I actually agree, i think its got optional 18" wheels and does look a little high, but it handles well when the ESP is on, turn it off and it is a bit wobbly.......

Nice, always likes these for some reason.

Had an estate going for it the other day behind me, wasn't what I'd call slow anyway.

I thought it was missing a bit too, however the dealer is insistant it isnt missing one. I have yet to see another one to check.

I got it for 12k, well sort of, it was more than that but they gave me miles too much for the fabia to bring the price down.

I'd be doing a bit of google hunting for a pic and take it into them. Be very surprised if theres not supposed to be a VRS badge or something there..

258lb/ft torque standard mate, not 300.

They do pull pretty well though yeah.
