Yeh good film, Adulthood is a wierd one, if you hadnt seen Kidulthood then you wouldnt understand it one bit (where as usually it doesnt matter too much if you've missed the first one.

Anyway, both good films but Kidulthood is far better.

Did he die at the end then? (kid that got owned by the baseball bat)

I know Sam survived as it looked like the gun blew up in the shooters hand

yea he's brown bread

next one carries on from where Sam comes out of jail 6 years later for killing him

I think adulthood is better, mite be because i've watched kidulthood so many times i'm bored of it though

problem with these films is that the Americans do it so much better.

Menace to Society any one?

Agreed Adulthood is odd in respect that if you have not seen the first the second is pointless. I watched Adulthood on pay per view last night. Its ok but a little too stereo typical IMO.

adulthood is shite imo but when you see that kind of thing day in day out down here it does get boring

made me laugh when they say their little ''gangster'' words then i hear little 12 year old wannabe ghetto boys down here say them.

The thing is its kind of realistic as to the way things happen in our country, yeh Menace to Society is a brilliant film but that is "maybe" more realistic to how things are over there...

agreed Jay, but I know which is more entertaining/interesting to watch.

Maybe thats the point, the shite things about this country are the type of people portrayed in Kidulthood/Adulthood, we all see it every day so do we need to watch a film on it?
