The wiring loom....ive got it on the engine, but cant work out what to take off my car.

Theres 3 plugs on the loom of my new engine, 1.4 16v.
2 of which go into my ecu.
On the loom of my 1.2 16v, there is lots of plugs and cannot work out what to do next.

Do i take all of the wires out of my car, or are there only a few to take out?
