My girlfriend is still in a coma, and im kinda gettin used to the fact that she'll be the same come Christmas.
Jewellery is a no-no, as is flowers, and well....most things.
Ive got her a big teddy already too.....
Any ideas??

I don't think she'd want much more than the way you're treating things mate, seriously, you've done a good job sticking by her, and hope it all works out buddy and im sure she'll come around soon

How about an ipod and dock and fill it with her fave tunes?
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

I agree with K2.
Im sure she'll be happier knowing you've stood by her side more than any present tbh.

Save up and pay for you and her to go on holiday once she's fit and well.

How about a photo of you two together (from a night out or something), then she can have it by her beside and see it for when she wakes up?
Ipod also gets my vote

Good idea!
How long has she been in a Coma now? I know its probably too late to suggest this but maybe saving all of the newspapers/magazines up that she normally reads could have been an idea.
I know my GF would love to wake up to months worth of cosmo magazine

Cosmo is full of shit....
Ipod seems a good idea. Although might be best to treat her when she comes around.

I can't see how she'd like to read a mag about a scouse scally who wears dresses, and supports a one man (Torres) team.

Ipod is a great idea. If I remember correctly, playing music can help coma patients.

The iPod idea is fantastic. Whilst a digital photo frame and pictures would be a nice idea she may not know who you are when she wakes up. I don't mean that in a bad way but it could freak her out. Have the doctors indicated as to whether she'll have memory loss?
Put some Xmas tunes on the iPod as well so she knows what time of year it is. Also maybe spend Xmas day with her in hospital. Depending on the type of person she is, she'll appreciate that more than anything.
