they will only fail it if the seatbelts are still there

but doesnt that mean that your car becomes a two seater only?

leave the belts in they cant fail it for no rear seats

dont really want that just want it to pass mot as one of the back seats doesnt clip back in proper
and dont hav time to get a new one

if it doesnt clip back then it will fail, it wont fail if the seats arent there and the belts a still in place. just take them out get the mot and put them back in after

thanks for the help thats what i was hoping to do but wasent sure it would sill fail
just hope it doesnt fail on anything else

I was told if belts are there then seats must be. If you remove the belts then they cant fail you. Better safe than sorry.

which won't matter.

as long as the seats that are in have working seat belts and are safe, your problems are over. end of.

When i removed my back seats my mate whos an m.o.t tester told me i had to remove the seat belts aswell.

well every things out at the back now looking like a track car lol
the back end his about 20mm taller at the back now looks like i constantly breaking hard lol
