I've had my renewal back from my existing insurance and due to me now being 25 it's gone up over £200 to over £600
So needless to say i've been shopping around and got that figure down to £310. Not too bad
However i had forgotten to add my 3 points (sp30), oh joy Now that figure is £340 So for having 3 points it's cost me an extra £30 a year.... I can live with that!!!
So if anyone does have points and haven't told their insurance company..... come on, it's only £30 extra. Better than them voiding your insurance because of it.

My renewal on the Ibiza with CIS went up £400 for 3 points
After some shopping around I got a quote from Elephant which put it up £73 and CIS matched it Just shows how much the companies rip the arse out of it.

My insurance renewal came through from Bell the other day, £427, checked the site straight away and got it down to £354.
Phoned up to cancel, when asked why I said direct line were giving me it for just over 300, she offered to see what she could do.
Went through all the details and it somehow went up to £470
They are cheapest by miles though sp just bought it on the website as soon as I got off the phone, utter farce.
