The most annoying twinge ever!! When I look right I get a sharp pain that goes from my shoulder down to my fingertips, I've even tried getting someone to get me in a boston crab or Bob Backlund's chicken wing thing.

i got this last year, the pain is agonising
i ended up just waiting it out, was fine the next day, just abit achy from holding my head as still as possible

It's a bit different for me, as it's not that painful but it's annoying me, but it's not even got better in the slightest in 6 days, I'm going to see a chiropractor tomorrow.

I once got something a bit like that when I was younger, my head got stuck leaning to one side and would fucking kill if I tried straightening it. Ended up going the docs only for him to force it back into pace and put me in a neck brace for a week

iv had a trapped nurve in my neck for about half a year now, posted ages back about it, it went away, then came back a few months back. been to doctors who told me what has happend.
i get pins and needels in my arms every day all day.

Well I went about 3 o'clock, for about 20mins the specialist was ragging me around and a few things cracked and clicked, the tingling has gone and I can turn my head further before the pains go down my arm, so it's an improvement but not totally cured, got a few more sessions this week.

I had a trapped nerver a few weeks ago, couldnt look fully left or right and couldnt straighten my neck, still having pains down the left side of my arm because of it.
