I bought a grade a/returned phone a while back and need to speak to that department, is there a direct line to it? or what do I ask for when I speak to an operator?

Just spoke to someone who reckons they aren't selling any reconditioned phones sounds like bs to me, any ideas? Basically got an N95 with 3 month warranty etc for £69.99 and wanted to get something similar for the old man as his phone has packed up.

I rung them few months ago as I needed a new phone, their contract offers were shit (I'm on 3000/3000 for £25 odd a month on a sim only after being on normal contract for 5 years or so). Told them I didn't want an 18 month shit contract so the woman said we have a selection of grade a (i.e returned phones within 14 days if customer doesn't like it) for £69.99, the N95 was my fav out of the ones offered Worth asking mate, the woman last night didn't really seem to know what she was talking about.

n95 good phone, until you work them a little bit hard then they give up and break..had 6 n95 with 3-4 months, first one lasted 6months then the rest lasted from 10mins to 4 days lol...

O2 have cut their upgrades a lot in the last few months, to the point that bar iPhones they will do everything they can not to upgrade your 'phone... they'll give you money instead

Yeah I reckon thats right Robbo, O2's standards are dropping badly IMHO. My reception seems to be a lot worse than is used to be too, wonder if they are scrimping on service quality too to save casdh?!

Probably... they are short on cash atm as are T-Mobile who are doing the same thing as O2 - both until mid-Jan IIRC

I got a brand new n95 8gb for free kept ringing asking for reconditioned as mine was broke, they said I had to send mine out etc.... anyway, few days later get a new one sent to me for free I now have 2 N95 8GB , 1 new, and 1 that im using, and a normal n95
