I ordered stuff from ASOS yesterday, the parcel came this morning.

Mums just phoned me to say that another parcel containing the same stuff has just arrived. She checked the invoices in both boxes and they're both showing the same order number. I've just checked my ASOS account and its only showing the one order's been sent out, looks like they've sent it twice by mistake! £370.00 worth

Dilema is, whats the chances they'll notice what they've done Mum's signed for both parcels ?

They will ask for it back, just keep it to give it back.

They will notice in the end, whether it be 1 week or 1 month down the line.

It can actually take a couple of days to appear on your statement Jade. Just keep checking to see if it comes up. Best to wait a while, as they may try and get them back!

Normally if it's a duplicate order, they come via the same delivery service. Yeah, knowing your luck they've charged you twice

Now tell them you've been caused grief as it's doubled your credit card, and you'd like some sort of compensation. They might give you a certain % off or something

IF you've signed it, they will know as its two signatures.

If they had left one on the door, and you hadn't signed for it, quids in. This happened with a hoover for me, so mother got a new hoover too ).
