Hi there
as the subject goes...
I'm looking into donor cars for 4x4 torson systems
so the XR4x4 looks ok and budget, but is it a good system, is there parts available for upgrade, etc?
Regards.

bit agricultural and heavy.
you'd be better looking at options from audi imo.
if this is for the corsa there are not a lot of people who have done this so information will be difficult to source.
you'll get more answers on mig

Thats about the logical thing to do, and its being done.... but I would also like "non ford owners" opinions.

drove the 4x4 sierras and there good to drive id have thought the system would have been a bit dated nd heavy for the likes of a corsa conversion

Excellent cars.
If you can get your hands on a time machine you can buy mine cheaply 3 years ago just before I was forced to scrap it.
