rite im still looking into this scratch..

as far as i can figure i ..

fill it with touch up (its a solid colour)
leave to dry
sand using 2000/3000 grit till smooth
then polish out the scratches..

ive got that far but im not confused which tools should beable to do the job.

meguiars say tha the g220 wouldnt be good enough for the job and would reccomend a rotary like this one on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230282027744&fromMakeTrack=true&ssPageName=VIP:watchlink:top:en

thats fine, now ill need the pads and compounds, i have scratch x which is meant to get rid of smaller scratches so i would use this on a bigish pad.. but which pad.. !

bah! help

would someoen just list what i need to get this done so i can just go buy the stuff lol

- 2000 wet the area and in the scratch
- clean it all and make sure it is dry
- apply the 2k colour a few times so that it is fully covered
- allow to dry and harden
- 2000 wet over it so that you cant see the edges of the touch in and it all blends in
- polish with that rotary polisher and a compound head and some Farecla G3
- Finish off with a 1500 polish and polishing head.
- wax and done.

- the u2u Graeme saying that you want to buy his g220 to de swirl the whole thing
