Although not entirely sure how it will work........could be ok for the immediate term but when the "relief" period is up, people could be worse off then they were before and having to make larger repayments.

Its only those on benefits who currently get it, so I suppose this now covers a drop in income (i.e. a lower paid job or less hours in current job), and will also cover you once you get another job and still getting back to terms with other finances you have.

Good idea IMO, will be more useful than the VAT drop, although this is something they should of done 6 months ago.

Its a good idea, just frustrates me that if you live hand to mouth and work hard to pay everything you never get handed anything.

Good idea in theory though.

I don't think you should live hand to mouth. If you get yourself in that possition then you really are stupid. However, i agree if you work an average job, work hard then you get nothing for free which is all wrong.

I do not agree that you do not pay intrest for 2 years. Is this a piss take or what? Which fucker is going to pay for this? You guessed it, US. If you want to keep your house you will work anything. 3 months tops you should be given.

Aftrer i finished uni i sat on my arse for 4 months before getting a job. Went to 4 interviews and got offered 3 jobs.
