would never of thought i would do this but kinda getting some confidence finally

anyway, bit of a before and after but not quite there yet. anyway this is me on my 17th bday. then after xmas last year i decided to pull my finger out so its been like a year i supose, and tbh i havnt been that good, o well thought its a good step to show people. stopped jogging recently tho as i have fluid on my knee and put a bit back on, but my metabolism is no way near how slow it was before
