I don't think i'm being unreasonable here....
He advertised an accellerator cable and i wanted it....so i sent him £7 through paypal and he replied saying payment had been recieved and he will send out the next day! which was about a month ago....recently he's been in touch saying he thought he had one but it turns out he didnt really have one to sell! even though he advertised one for sale.....
I'm still awaiting a full refund after numerous requests - i know its only £7 but its the principle.....if you don't have something how the **** Can you sell it??
Am i being unreasonable?

Get fucked... its folk like you who moan like a wee girl on the internet that get themselves fucked over by being stupid and not going about things the right way. How happy would you be to refund someone money thats bad mouthing you over the internet.

Dispute opened! I think i might go around robbing people of their hard earned cash and then just ignore them and make excuses up! It'll help pay for a deposit on a house!
Thanks for your time

I know Gaz very well, he sells a LOT of things. Not surprised hes had 1 issue but pretty obvious the buyer isn't going about getting a refund the right way...
He sby no means a bad seller, and I'm sure theres plenty folk on here who have bought and sold to him with no issues..

You may know him well, but putting something up for sale and then telling someone its been posted and then coming back to him a month later saying he never had one to sell
To me that's being a bad seller, how can you only think you have something
He shouldn't have to go about anything to get his refund, your mate cocked up, has realised that, and should therefore refund instantly

Thats my exact point! I don't want anyone else to go through this...I've contacted him via e-mail, u2u and now i've put a dispute in with paypal...i don't have a contact number for him! I'll wait for him to get in touch or put some moneys into my paypal account
Cheers for all your comments

Kano just sounds like someone sticking up for his mate tbh
Thread seems justified to me. Tell your twat mate to pull his finger out of his ass, apologise and give the fuckin refund. Lovin the "get themselves fucked up" bit, you hard internet bastard

well your obviously only being defensive as hes your mate, but selling something to someone then saying you never had it = bad seller.
and why should he have to open disputes and the like to get HIS money back, your mate should just give it back to him straight away.
im pretty sure if this happened to you, your feelings on the matter would be different.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
