An Audi R8 + my Dads AM V8. Local Audi dealership offered my dad a go in the Audi ages ago, he thought nothing of it till they rung the other day said he can have a go for an hour see what he thinks. So he let me have a go too, it was pretty awesome, its very easy to drive. Just feels like a TT, doesn't feel as big to drive as it looks. Build quality was good, but defo not a patch on a Vectra C or something ( Oliver)
Then on the way home he let me have a go of his Vantage, now that was more like it for me, felt so much more 'special' than the Audi and for the money I'd take the AM any day. Seeing as I'm not insured on it, he must have been feeling pretty generous today.
Then also on the way home we stopped at the local fancy car place for a wander, they have one of these in stock:
Which is up at the cool price of £1million pounds, but fuck me it looks awesome. Such a big, funny looking thing but its amazing. Also a couple of other quick pics I took
Also, that Roller is fucking huuuge in real life. Would defo like one of them!
Anyhow, its been a pretty interesting afternoon for me which is nice.

rolls royce is far too common, seen quite a few pop up around here 
just phantom ones though, not the convertibles.

I must admit, the R8 just didn't do it for me or my dad. It was a shit colour (Dark blue with Cream interior), slightly quicker than the Aston but you had to work it harder. Plus it just felt too perfect, if thats possible. A bit too clinical and unexciting.
Also the salesman was saying when the V10 comes out it will be £105k?! Fuck spending that on an Audi, crazy amounts of money!

Also, there was an 08 plate S3 at Audi. Imola Yellow, looks ace, I wanted it. £25k though, bad times
