i dont get this dropp ages business. How do you no its 90mm lower than the standard car....do people actually measure? If so what do they use to determind this?

It seems to be alot of a guessing game to me !

Measure from the alloys rim to the arch (as standard), then lower it then measure again. it'll be a certain number of "mm" and you'll see.

so no guessing

When it was lowered just 60mm the ride was surprisingly good. People used to comment on smooth it was compared to others. However now its nearly twice and low the ride isnt all that pretty bumpy but you cant expect it to be amazing when its that low.

How low are you thinking of going mate?

Erm maybe 80mm'ish at the most.

I have different springs on now but with standard dampers and the ride is shocking tbh lol This is only the rear mind you, on the front have Spax shocks and springs

should be fine like that Mine didnt feel any worse when it was 80ish compared to 60mm. It was only when I went down to 100mm it got a bit rougher.

100mm on speedlines is impossible, thats white one is not 100mm. "100mm" pics are 80mm at best

i have coilsprings 90mm springs which i measured from a standard spring when i got them. they are a true 90mm, with 195/40/16s the car has about 1 cm above the rim to the top of the inner arch therefore 100 mm the car would be resting on the tyres

but surely 80mm will be hanging just above the tyre and 100mm just hanging half way over the wall of the tyre about 10mm left to go down to 110mm where the arch trim would be in line with the lip surely? dont really know why coilsprings would say there spring is 100mm and make them 90's
