You trying to translate?

Use Microsoft word it has an inbuilt translator, I use it all the time

I've tried a few translators, but it doesn't make a lot of sense. Very random sentences are put together.... It's something about installation of a program and it mentioned a dog.

German flag gives it away. Plus it looks german.

I have 1 very good friend from Germany at Uni. He speaks fluent German (obviously ) and almost better English than me

Also making friends with Germans that are over for their final year.

I'm sure my mate won't mind giving a hand

I was working with a German guy at work last week that looked like Joseph Fritzle.

Much less sadistic though.
