I sold my old Fiesta Engine Block on eBay on the 18th, said buyer can sort out courier.
I only put it up as it was going to the scrappies anyway, figured it might be of use to someone. So it only went for £10 in the end, oh well, at least somebody will get it.
Took 3 days to pay, paid £10, said he'd sort courier, fair enough. I sent a couple of emails during the week to find out what's happening with no more contact until today when I get a knock at the door and it's the courier collecting the engine, great I wasn't told at all. Then he said it's got to be on a pallet, and I said well I don't have a pallet, so he couldn't take it, and said he'll come back tomorrow.
One of my emails during the week stated that if I needed to do any packaging he'd need to pay more, so now it comes to light I need a pallet and some rope to tie it down with, which I haven't got a hope in hell of getting as I don't know anyone with pallets plus it means petrol to get it etc, all eating into the £10 I sold it for.
So I dunno what to do I'll feel bad for the courier but if he won't take it without it being on a pallet then there's nothing I can do, the buyer didn't tell me a thing and has been awful at communication and now I'm probably looking at negative feedback, which I find more annoying than I should but it's the fact I can't leave him bad feedback even though it's his problem not mine.

Where from? Plus as I say, all costs money, I'm not one to care and I'd do it for the sake of being kind and easy transaction usually, but the guy has pissed me off.
