Looking for a log splitter for my dad for xmas.
He's had 15 tons of basically trees delievered which he normally splits by hand.
He's got a bad back so was looking at these to help him out.
Any body got one? Use one?
Looking to spend under 200 really.
Cheers

GF's dad has one of the above, he loves it slower than doing it by hand obviously but it will split just about anything!
Log on, push the lever, log splits and falls off, log on, push leaver.......

His mate sells them by the lorry load so its cheaper to by it like that, will last 5 years of fuel for the fire.

We have one similar to this mate...
Log Splitter
We have the hand operated one beacuse, when we had an electric one the motor burnt out on it, but if its not going to be used daily the electric one is probably the best choice.

I could chip them in an hour
Watch this
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
