as said above..

i got mine from a local tuning place, but can get them in different widths, lengths and colours..

all do the same thing, but just stink and smoke like a biatch when there first couple of times you use the car with it on..

keeps heat in manifold, reduces under bonnet temps and expells gases quicker in theory

Reduces engine temps.

Keeps the exhaust fumes exiting the car hotter therefore they dispurse quicker.
