Doesnt really matter these days as the MOT is literally just a piece of paper everything is held by VOSA on a database.

as far as i know its not, but the post office wont accept a copy if your wanting a tax disc.

Flux have asked my mum for a copy of the MOT.
She just wasnt sure it was legal.
