I am really stuck on ideas for grandparents brothers and parents,

Mum and Dad come to the US for a few days mid December so want to send the presents back.

Not seen them in almost a year so want it to be special gifts, anyone got any ideas.

its hard to pick for some one when you not heard them moan that they need a new such and such
