How many people here like Tuna?

I've never really liked it but i've been forcing myself to eat it as its easier for my training as I can have 2 small tins and its my perfect protein count.
I've currently been mashing it up with ketchup and mayo and cucumber with pasta.

Anyone else got any good ways of having it, masking the fishy taste

I've heard some people mix it with baked beans... i don't know if thats good or not to be honest

There's a difference between the cans and the real thing; real tuna is beautiful; really nice and meaty - canned is okay on a sandwich or jacket maybe but I can see why people may not like it as it is a bit mushy

Love it. Usually buy pack of 5 at a time.

Usually have it with chinese 5 spice, chilli powder etc.

Good for high protein diet as it contains around 45g of protein.

Guys try Tuna Burgers, i made some the other day and they were good!

Tuna
Chopped onion
Egg
Seasoning
Brown sauce
Chilli sauce
small amount of oats

Mix up into a paste, mould into burger shape and shallow fry

Also been making carbonara pasta and making the sauce from 2 eggs, unflavoured whey protein and seasoning.
