i had my car MOTd today and it failed on silly little things, ive spoke to my mate in the trade and he said he thinks its ok to drive as long as its booked in somewhere else, and as long as the mot doesnt state its dangerous to drive, can anyone shed any light on this, he wasn't 100% sure...

Ok, I was just checking as obviously if it hasn't run out then its still fine to drive.

What your mate said is true - it can be driven on the road, but only to a booking for an MOT at a garage. I think, but I'm not 100%, that it also has to be both taxed and insured.
