I'm 19 :cry:
It was soo bad, I was layed out on the floor when I got home from work and I couldn't actually get up! I had to get Mum to pull me up!
I think it's my desk/chair at work...
The desk is a childs height, the chair is an office chair and it has a thing I'm hitting my knees on so I can't tuck it under.
I've been told I can't have a new desk/chair becuase of the credit crunch - is there a law against that?

i think my back though is going from bucket seats to normal car seats.. i've only ever had bucket seats in my corsa's

Ask for a VDU workplace assessment to be done.
I know that in control rooms I work on theres strict rules regarding the equipment which will often be sat at for a whole shift - 12hrs. The positioning of keybaord/moniter, whether you have to stretch to access things. Chair suitability comes into it somewhere aswell, not sure about desk.
I would have a moan deffo, its your place of work & you spend a long time at it!!
