Whilst dossing on consolidation day i was cleaning both cars (corsa and passat) and found some old black paint...thought i would remove the VW badge n give it a few coats of primer/black/laquer. and it hasnt come out too bad. the cold garage isnt the best conditions for spraying..

heres some dark snaps!

think it does well with the black wheels and soon to come angels

i kow but it was dark when it had dried...will get better pics in the afternoon 2moro showing the new rims again now its clean too!

Looks shit IMO. Badge is gloss and the surround is matt.

Just buy a debadged grille

wrong...the surround is chrome!



badge is pretty much the same colour as the wheels...was looking at a debadged one, but alas.... £40 and id have to get a full matt black one n lose the chrome i didnt want one!

yeh they r hit n miss, for £200 quid tho

am going for the whole silver n black look! got some springs to go on it at some point..
