first few times i've seen it i thought yea, look's good, but ject gets boring after that..

It is photoshopped.
HDR doesn't mean cartoony, you have made them look like that via HDR but that's not all HDR is.

High Dynamic Range.
A camera can't capture all the colours and shades that you can see with your eye, for example it can expose the picture for the bright parts but then you lose detail in the darker ones.
By taking multiple pictures, typically at least 3, you can expose for all the shades then merge them together in photoshop.
One of the more artistic effects you can create is like above but it can also be used to make a normal looking picture but with a much more detail.

Bottom pic is best, you need to crop them though the car isnt positioned properly in the frame.

i like the boring normal picture bettr than the hdr's. was nice the first couple of times but you do it to near enough every photo

I like a combo of both tbh, some hptoshops are very good to look at same as hdr etc
need to find an equal balance tbh ime FTW!
