Apparently sometimes the labourours, rousties etc are locals & they smuggle the weapons on board because they want more money, the agency they work for in Nigeria or whatever tells them to do this! Then once the US navy arrives & threaten to take control by force they surrender & ask if they can keep their jobs!!

My Dad works out in Angola quite a lot, we do a fair bit of business out there. Huge oil industry out there, going to be a very rich country in years to come!!

My mate says the shanty town he leaves from on the chopper theres more guns than a taxas high street!!
