there going to have so many copyright issues with that book. there is no way the have tracked down all the people that have taken the photos they have used

I doubt it would be an issue. When you upload a photo for them to host I doubt you can quibble for it being used by any means. There will be some sort of disclaimer in place. It's not like they're taking peoples photobucket photos or anything, people have uploaded them in order for them to be used on the site. Could be wrong though

just because a photo is uploaded to a site dose not mean the person that took the photo did it, and that person still has the copyright for that photo.
