Which will you be playing online in a few months?
Do you reckon you'll miss MW and get bored of WaW?
...or are you like me and have to let go of old games and play the latest game of the series? ...or maybe you actually prefer WaW?

Well I have decided not to prestige again on MW as if I dont like WaW then I can drop back into MW with all my guns/golden guns 
But I still havnt opened WaW

I gutted that MW has hit its 'expiry date'. I loved the modern weapons, feel of the game and the maps!
With Gear 2 out last week I was so close to canceling my WaW preorder but thought I'd give it a try. I am impressed with the single play campaign but I miss the modern weapons
WaW multiplayer is a let down imo. I just dont just dont like it. It could grow on me abit but it will never match that of MW
What will I be playing in the new year? hmmm I'm scared that MW wont be the same now with everyone moving onto other games and WaW just doesnt do it for me. So it looks like i'll be on Gears 2 until COD6 comes out which it based on COD4 MW

I'm unsure, I loved the MW one and was playing it right up til yesterday.
A lot of the core players will probably make the move, I'll probably still use both!

i aint no hardcore COD player but been playing WaW multiplayer to get xp up, maps seem huge with loads of hiding/sinper bits,
not keen on the maps with the tanks,
MW seamed alot easier to just pick up and play "user friendly" if you wish, but i cant fault it and in reality will no doubt go back to forza after about a month of playing

Question for everyone... If I'd never played any CoD games ever (which I haven't) but I was quite tempted to buy WaW, should I buy MW and get into that first? For PS3.

Modern Warfare is a cracking game so id say get that regardless, ive only played the demo of word at war and was not as keen, but that purely down to the setting for me. You dont 'need' MW to get WaW though

CoD4 is modern day
CoD5 is WWII
Both games are fairly epic so cant go wrong with either of them!
WWII is the traditional theme of all the past call of dutys so its more traditional but CoD4 is probably my all time fav game.

im really liking WaW i cudnt actually pick between the two as to better game play as i like them both, MW was a class of its own, WaW is no different gameplay wise its just the different era which i dont mind as i think call of duty needed a wee shakeup there, plus i seem 2 be miles better at WaW

I did, I can't remember what one but I didn't enjoy it until COD4, mainly cause I was never really a fan of war games until recently.

Not feeling WaW. I loved MW because it was modern. Probably why one of my favourite games of all time is Rainbow Six Vegas.

I like them both equally.
Dav - if you arent sure mate, just go and buy Cod4 as it will be cheaper, if you dont like it you havent wasted loads of money then

pc gamer here played abit of single player on WAW and its great love stabbing jpas with the fixed bayhonet
When i first played mp on WAW i was not convinced didnt feel great had to get used to the rifles and what not NOW..... im fuooking ace at it love it wont be going back the MW now but i do say give it a chance get to know how its played on mp before you shhoot down WAW i think its ace and thats a guy coming from havin played every cod in the series
