Recently i dipped into some savings and have decided to buy my mrs a newish car. My budget is as the title, £2000 so i've been looking at 206 GTI's as they seem to be fairly good spec for the money leather air con etc. question is as it's a buyers market at the moment i know there are bargains to be had out there but i'm stuck for inspiration. I'd appreciate any links to cars, ideas etc. just to freshen up the search

wait another month so its just that bit closer to christmas and you could probly see a year newer or 10000 miles less for the same price now

edit - or you could buy my Astra for £2k Thats what I paid for it back in May
