in your back, is this normal?? just sitting up normally at pc and now in huge amounts of pain! Not actual pins and needles before someone tries to be funny

all of back. Did have trapped nerve in neck for couple years but i thought the physio had fixed it

Get a sports massage on your back, all down your spine, it will hurt like hell but it will loosen your back and will help the problem, ive had probs like this but bottom of back/backside, and upper legs, turns out i was just very stiff everywhere, and the physio, massage has helped it and i now have much more flexibility, and can actually play football again, run without being in pain, limping like i've lost my foot etc
