Havent got a clue, but the people videoing it are talking as if they are all 1 mans cars, which I dont think they are.

belive it or not these cars are owned by one person you look closely all the plates are from hunguary i read a article ages ago online about it got some more videos some where aswell as he has over 400 cars remember there all owned by one man has over 27 rolls royce phantoms and loads of ferraris the guy is mega rich also made his money from oil hes a billionaire in hunguary
