then in that case why the fook are you taking about big block gearboxes

z16ler is a small black

same block as the z16xep,z16xer,z18xer

can use the 6speed box off it (unsure on the code,and cant be bothered to look it up now)

or use the 5speed box off one of the above, remove the hydralic relase bearing and fit a cable joby off a b

the z16lel and z16ler run the M32 with a 3.94 final drive

along with the z17dtr with a 3.35 final drive

both Wide ratio

but the astra 2.0 turbo (big blocks run the same box)

z20lel/z20ler m32 3.94fd
z20leh m32 3.83fd
z22yh m32 3.65fd

now i dont understand

I'm the same, how have they got the M32 to fit on the Z16LER when it's a small block?
