Technical answer - 1st Jan 1970 is the date upon which the time counter in the operating system started. Every day is stored as the number of seconds since then. I registered on 935841600. So, where there is no number, you get the timestamp of zero, that date.
Non-technical answer - I meant to fix that

Not a difficult fix except I needed to rename someone with another similar name so I could use a wildcard on the db update, can't believe I didn't think of that earlier
