i found packs of chewing gum helped me as when i wanted a fag i just wanted to grit me teath into something and aint smoked since then.

Mate in work hates me cause I can smoke if I want to when out drinking and I can go for weeks without one, dont even think about it any other time. Dont see whats so hard about it Smoked everyday like a chain smoker on Holiday and didnt touch one for months after it...
