But we dont know what the cut backs are right now, i'm guessing we'll go to short term hours coz at the minute I dont think we actually have any jobs on the books!

Should find out by tomorrow.

75 people working there, they announced 18 redundancies, short time hours and a 3 week xmas shutdown, 1 week of which will be either unpaid or out of 2009 holiday entitlement.

That what we've all asked, I really dont know. Our 2 week xmas shutdown comes out of our entitlement anyways. But to be fair its out of order, its either that though or shut the company, I know which i'd prefer.

We have to much work on, that we are so behind on so much printing, its unreal, the complaints is mental i cant moan though, im glad i have a job at this time! and i like my job.

We got notification of redundacies at our place, letter came through the door on Saturday. Have a meeting Thursday to find out how many, have a feeling our region will be closed down.

Apparently now, when it comes to redundancy, its against the law to be made redundant purely on time served.

Anyway, found out today, my job is safe, for now........if it gets worse, who knows.
