Was thinking about this the other day when i was trying to remember all the old houses (11) i've lived in for some reason. 
Only really have two that i can remember.
We used to have a bath (was a light brown colour) which had a hairline surface crack along the bottom, and when i used to have a bath i was scared a crocodile was going to break through and eat me, yes a crocodile. Spent the whole time in the bath at the top end away from the plug hole. Was about 6/7 i think.
Other one was when i first saw that alien autopsy on TV, i was afraid of putting my feet over the edge of the bed just in case an alien was sitting there and going to cut my foot off or something 
Random question i know but anyone got any other wierd childhood nightmares/phobias.

I had a problem with drains when I was really little after a holiday in Tenerife and a few of them came out the overflow and landed in the bath with me

When i was little & used to have a shower i always looked at the plug hole because i thought I.T the clown would get me.

My folks used to let me watch the Child's Play movies when I was really young too. Told me my toys were gonna get me when I went to bed Pretty cruel when I think about it

i have a wierd one from when i was little.... you know when you can hear your pulse somtimes? used to think that ww2 soldiers were marching to get me most of been the stuff my dad used to watch. stange one anyway!

My grandad told me there was a puma under the manhole cover on his patio,and that it would jump out if i walked on it, and i belived him because it said 'puma' on it, well i never walked round his house again untill i was about 11

I used to have a nightmare where I would get trapped in a field and snakes came out of the walls and used to chase me, used to shit myself.
I still willingly wouldn't go anywhere near a snake.

i used to think if anything hung over the side of the bed, spiders would have something to grapple onto and climb onto the bed
another, when it was windy i used to think ghosts were making the noises on the other side of the wall next to my bed, so when it was windy i used to sleep facing onto the inside of the room

I have a 'thing' about big lorries with bales of hay/loggs on the motorway.....freeks me out passing them!!
