Absolutly shocking, as much as I understand people can have a pint and drive home fine, myself included. I think there needs to be a complete ban on any alcohol and driving, at least then no-one has an excuse and then they can put in place harsher punishments.

I'm guessing these 2 muppets won't get enough.
