The higher the Kelvin, the bluer the light. So personal preference really.
No idea on fitting. I don't fancy doing it

their so easy to fit.. take the lead that connect to your bulb and connect that to the h.i.d pack and then the h.i.d pack to the bulb itself.. the hardest part is finding somwhere to strap the packs to lol

Iv got 8k ones look really smart imo some people think there to blue but there not really when you see them in person, and as said there really simple to fit providing you get a good set iv heard so ebay ones you have to run wires to the battery ect, i got the ultra ones and so simple to use just the finding of a place to fit the pack and wires neetley, come with 15 month warrenty to

35 quid off ebay or double for a bi-xenon kit like you need for h4 bulbs.
i'd get them off hids direct instead of waiting for them to come from hong kong though.

My mate has his own mobile repair buisness and he buys and fits the hong kong hid's for £80 and hes not had one complaint about them.
http://www.tl-developments.co.uk/content.asp?c=home
he buys them of ebay for £35 - 40
Everyone says their shit because their cheap, but theyre not shit,he has them on his van and his fiat coupe and they both look mint and he fitted them over a year and a half ago and still working fine.
