i have a temper, i can understand why you ended up hurting yourself.

use it as a experience, its steel, you dented it, see it as a unforseen cost, get it repaired and carry on, deep breath an all that

i dented my silver sport by jcking it up in the garage while i was working on the engine, i just ignor'd it and concentrated on the engine work first, steel can be done at any time.

id say £500 for a decent fix with a new 1/4 panel.
hope you get better, then get the car fixed.

Prob wouldn't have put it so blunt as he's quite clearly upset. That won't take much to repair mate. It could've been much worse.

Mate did that in a Polo GT once, wrote it off

Yours will be fine I expect because of it's value.

Christ I'b be gutted if I done that to my new car as well

AK is right, the rear 1/4 panel will cost a fortune to fit/paint unfortunatly

You'll get the bumper and rear light on SCN 2nd hand no bother
