had a crash in august, was other guys fault...trashed my corsa and it was below repair so they gave me £1190 for it and i have sent a key, insurance document, v5 off ,etc like they asked...and its still sitting on my parents drive...WHICH NEEDS TO BE MOVED!!!
you think it would be alright if parts were to go missing on it...or the whole car to become a shell and make its way to be weighed in???
as they aint come to collect the thing and its in the way on the drive!???
they havent been in touch about collecting it since the end of august...jsut told me that they wudnt pay for storage charges on it

rang them to see if they are coming to collect it? see what they say.

If someone say "no I'm not collecting it, ask for written proof and start stripping it like a slut

lol i need to gone...it does my head in as its like its laughing at me everytime i take the saxo back to the rents to fix summat i'll ring them up and see whats going on, would love to strip it for a laugh though

You can just do the old send them the bill for storage type thing and give them 7 days to remove their property otherwise you'll send it to scrap trick.

to be honest its there property and use that agaisnt them, tell them your going to charge them for storage and it will be scraped at end of the two weks notcie you are giving them, cos lets be honest they are leaving it there so they dont haveto pay anyone else to store so they are taking you for a ride mate
