I know some people off here brought the powerful green ones, saw that guy on sky cops with one last night shining it at the police helicopter
What megawatts should i get and where the best pale to buy?

There are 200mw ones on ebay for £20.99 and ones on proper websites, 200mw that are like £90

The eBay ones for £20.99 are modified and will feck your eyes up.
The proper 200mw ones aren't modified.
Mine was about £55-60 I think.

Either way you're not gonna be looking at it are you! I wanted one myself and ebays prices do appeal, but from past experience there's always a reason things a cheaper on ebay.

It pops the balloon because the 240mw will be loads of IR light instead of 240Mw of green light like in a proper one.
You can't see the IR light reflecting off stuff and it just burns your retina without you knowing.
