I've got a really really sharp pain, usually when I breath in, from what feels like my heart area right through to my back.. and I'm beginning to get quite a bad backache where it is.
Becoming quite painful, any ideas?

I'm pretty sure this must be common. I've had it beofre, and I know a couple of mates who have as well.
I got checked by a doctor who said he could find "no abnormalities"

Its got to the point now if anyone asks me in real life what such and such means I immediately says AIDs, got me a few funny looks on more than a few occasions
