I want to replace my golf with something new.

I have been looking at mk3 ibiza sport (1.6) but theres not many of them around.

So I want something that will be quick (well reasonably quick), a bit different from the norm (hence looking at ibiza's), no higher than ins group 8 and can be bought for about 2k

Just come across a car called a toyota paseo

Anyone ever been near one? I cant recall ever seeing one but they look alright. Insurance is pretty cheap too
