Need to buy my little sister a birthday present. She will be 13. Ideally would like to get her something personal or personalised but my mind is blank and cant think of anything. Dont want to get anything tacky.

Depends how you look at it, its her first year of being a teenager so something of an event, but its not like turning 18 or 21 so you probably don't want to go crazy ie fancy jewellery just yet.
