My mate is still asleep upstairs, he flew in from LA yesterday for our album release party.

I flew from Australia to London and didnt get any jet lag at all, but flying from London to Australia I was jetlagged for 3 days. Even New York to London left me a bit jetlagged, it hits you harder depending which direction you fly.

I didnt get any jet lag going to Auz, but it looks like i'm in for it now that i've come home

I don't get it anymore, 9 years of flying to and from Brazil about 7 or 8 times a year usually sorts it.
